Principle of evaporative condenser

①Energy saving. Its condensation temperature is 10 ~ 15 ° C lower than that of the air-cooled condensation system, compared with the water-cooled The condensing system is 3 ~ 8 ℃ lower, which further improves the energy efficiency of the refrigeration host.

The temperature rise of the cooling water in the condenser is about 5 ~ 8 ° C, that is, 1kg of water takes away 25 ~ 35kJ of heat, while the evaporative condenser mainly completes the heat exchange by the latent heat of cooling water, 1kg of water can be taken away by endothermic evaporation The heat consumption of 2450kJ. ③Good heat exchange performance. On the one hand, due to the large latent heat of evaporation of water and the large amount of heat absorbed per unit of water, water, air and cooling medium flow alternately inside and outside the heat exchanger to make the heat transfer speed faster and the heat transfer efficiency increase, thereby achieving efficient heat transfer Effect; on the other hand, because of its enhanced heat exchange technology, the efficiency of the system can be greatly improved.

④Small footprint. The evaporative condenser integrates the condensing coil group, circulating water pump, axial flow fan, water collecting pan and connecting water pipe to integrate the cooling process, and the structure is very compact, so its footprint is only equivalent to the condenser and cooling The total area of the tower is 30% ~ 60%, which is of great significance in today's increasingly tense land resources.

⑤ Low operating cost. In operation, in addition to the energy-saving and water-saving effects described above, the evaporative condenser also eliminates the water treatment problems caused by the large amount of water in the cooling tower system, which greatly reduces the operating cost. The combined initial investment of the condenser and cooling tower is actually higher than that of the evaporative condenser.
